Hardy Diagnostics Sabouraud Dextrose Agar, Sabouraud Dextrose Broth, and Sabouraud Dextrose Agar, Emmons are recommended for the isolation, cultivation, and maintenance of non-pathogenic and pathogenic species of fungi andyeasts. Sabouraud Dextrose Agar with Chloramphenicol, Sabouraud Dextrose Agar with Chloramphenicol and Gentamicin, and Sabouraud Dextrose Agar with Chloramphenicol and Tetracycline are recommended for the selective isolation of fungi and yeasts from clinical and nonclinical specimens.
