Hardy Diagnostics X – and V-Factor Disks are paper disks impregnated with X (hemin) and V (nicotinamide
adenine dinucleotide – NAD) growth factors. They are used for the differentiation of Haemophilus species, including Aggregatibacter aphrophilus based upon their requirements for the growth factors.
